Who is iBec?

Becky McKinnell, President

Becky (Stockbridge) McKinnell is a leader of the next generation of Internet marketers. Formally trained in the arts and entrepreneurial studies, she brings a technically-savvy and fresh sense to marketing design and the application of multi-media.

Becky's clients benefit from her depth of knowledge and common-sense drive for results. She focuses her resources on raising her clients' online profiles while promoting their unique brands.

Becky is an award-winning businesswoman, graduating from University of Southern Maine in the top of her class with a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Entrepreneurial Studies and is pursuing certifications in Google© Adwords and Google© Analytics.

In addition, Becky was a finalist in the 2006 Student Business Plan Competition. With this recognition, she formed her first company, MediCreative, a boutique design and Internet-marketing firm geared toward the health care industry. Today she is the President of iBec Creative, located in Portland, Maine. The company offers fresh insight for today's businesses, designing integrated marketing programs that work.

Chris Campbell, Project Manager

Chris joins the iBec team as a new web developer, specializing in mobile web development for iPhone, Blackberry, and Windows Media applications. A creative self-starter, Chris brings his years of experience in both the management and design industries to iBec, ready to bring fresh ideas to the ever changing web world. Knowledgeable and proficient in both the IT and creative side of design, Chris is a great resource for our clients and a valuable addition to the iBec team.

Chris is experienced in xHTML, CSS, and Wordpress and has also worked with PHP scripts, javascript, and the Adobe suite design software.

Lauren Myers,
Web Analyst

Lauren Myers joined iBec Creative in May of 2010 as a new Web Analyst overseeing SEO, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Social Media for iBec clients. Lauren is an enthusiastic and dynamic person who has had several years of experience in the web design world in both the creative and project management side of the business. Her knowledge of the industry and her spunky sense of humor makes her a great fit with the team at iBec and a wonderful resource for our clients.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Maine College of Art. Her technical expertise includes Adobe Design software, Dreamweaver, Quark Express, Key Note, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Constant Contact.

John Beatrice,
Senior Web Developer

John Beatrice is a masterful web developer who brings expert knowledge and a wide breadth of experience to his clients. As senior developer for iBec Creative, John's focus is delivering intuitive, sustainable and high-quality websites. With a dedicated thoroughness and a variety of web platforms and software knowledge at his disposal, John is determined to give a personal touch to each of his projects, while maintaining the best in functionality and results.

Rob Stevens,
Interactive Assistant

Rob Stevens, the newest member of the team, is iBec Creative’s Interactive Assistant. Supporting the various production aspects at iBec, Rob handles social media optimization, quality control checks, and various design and web projects.

Rob is a graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design, holding a BFA in graphic design and a minor in photography. His creative expertise combined with his experience using various design software gives him an always fresh approach to projects and a unique perspective to his work.

Rob’s technical experience includes Adobe CS4 Creative Suite, Image Print, Photographic studio lighting and large format camera photography.

Chris Putnam,
Web Developer

Chris Putnam is iBec's newest web developer, working on all things development related. Intrigued by computers since a young age, Chris has spent most of his time studying and practicing the skills and concepts required to master their operation. His natural curiosity, combined with his ability to jump into any project, quickly assess its needs, and devise a solution makes him an efficient and valuable addition to the iBec team.

Chris’ technical experience includes xHTML, xml, javascript / jQuery, CSS, 3rd party / Open Source Integration, Server Configuration, Adobe Photoshop, Content Management Systems, Smarty Templates, and php / asp
